UBS 300,000 sf - Hired by UBS to assist in the disposition of the asset. Within 90 days received 5 offers, interviewed each buyer, made our recommendation and closed the transaction within another 60 days.
Sanyo Logistics 700,000 sf - Hired by Sanyo to evaluate their expansion needs. We assessed several markets and helped secure a new facility with built-in expansion options and cancellations.
Unitrin 75,000 sf - Hired by Unitrin to evaluate their LA headquarters that had several years remaining on their lease. We were able to terminate their lease and relocate them to a new building that saved them in excess of $3,000,000 in rental costs.
SBC/Pacific Bell (Various of 50,000 - 200,000 sf) - Hired by Pacific Bell as their exclusive partner for the Southern California market. Our team handled a variety of requirements that included subleasing, restructures, sale dispositions, sale acquisitions, build to suits, lease renewals and relocations.
LA Care 101,000 sf - Hired by LA Care to analyze their corporate headquarters. They had grown dramatically and just kept taking space within their building. We showed them by restacking and restructuring the lease they could save in excess of $5,000,000 over the next 10 years.
AON (Alexander and Alexander subsidiary) 75,000 sf - Alexander and Alexander had just merged with Jardine and hired us to analyze their new headquarter's needs. We were able to consolidate their offices through a creative lease assumption that resulted in a $2,800,000 savings over the next 5 years.
UTLA 153,000 sf - We were hired by UTLA to find a new corporate headquarters. This entailed selling their existing building and finding a new facility to purchase. We were able to secure a building through foreclosure that had not been on the market and resulted in a much larger facility with built in income for the same amount as they originally budgeted.
Wachovia (Multiple Locations)- Selected as a preferred vendor to handle their real estate needs in the United States. We assisted them on a variety of projects that included subleasing, restructures, lease renewals and relocations.
Fox Entertainment Group (Multiple Locations)- Selected as a preferred vendor to handle their real estate requirements nationwide. We have assisted them on a variety of projects that include relocations, dispositions, restructures and new facilities throughout the country.
United Way (Multiple Locations) - We have assisted with several requirements including the disposition of their headquarters facility. Our relationship has helped them to evaluate and develop a plan for a long-term real estate strategy.
American Cancer Society (Multiple Locations) – Selected as their exclusive partner for Southern California. Our relationship has helped reduce expenses and create more efficiencies.
Cingular Wireless (Multiple Locations) – We have assisted Cingular with requirements throughout the Southwestern United States for their technical operation centers and central offices. These requirements necessitated expertise in the telecom and construction fields in addition to local real estate knowledge.
